We build Dripless® caulking guns to be tough. Really tough. So tough, in fact, that we stand behind them with our Dripless Caulking Gun Replacement Guarantee. If your Dripless® caulking gun fails due to normal use, we’ll replace it. No fuss. No arguments.
If your tool breaks, bends, snaps, jams, gives up mid-job, loses a battle with a stubborn cartridge, decides it’s done enough for one lifetime, or otherwise stops functioning as intended - simply submit a replacement request and we’ll take care of the rest.
Terms & Conditions
Our Replacement Guarantee applies to genuine Dripless® caulking guns that have become unusable due to manufacturing faults or failure during normal use. To make a claim, customers must complete the replacement request form and upload clear images of the damaged product for assessment. All claims are subject to review and approval at our discretion, and additional information or images may be requested. Where approved, a like-for-like replacement will be provided where available. If the original model is no longer manufactured, a current Dripless® caulking gun of equal or greater value and performance will be supplied. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, modification, deliberate damage, use for purposes other than applying sealants or adhesives, or normal cosmetic wear such as scratches or surface marks. Refunds or cash alternatives are not offered under this guarantee.
